We hereby announce that registration for the Proposal Seminar and Thesis Defense Examination for the Even Semester of 2025/2026 is now open. Students who have met all academic and administrative requirements are invited to register.

Key Dates & Deadlines:

• Registration Deadline: Thursday, April 30, 2026.

• Examination Period: Mei 2026 (Detailed schedule will be announced later).

General Requirements:

1. Complete the registration form via the official department portal.

2. Submit the finalized proposal/thesis draft approved by the supervisors.

3. Provide proof of English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS) as per the program’s standard.

4. Ensure all administrative and tuition fees are settled.

Late submissions will not be processed, and students will have to wait for the next examination period.
