MALANG \u2013 In an effort to maintain and enhance the quality of higher education governance, Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang conducted its 2026 Internal Quality Audit (AMI) for the Master’s Program in Informatics.<\/p>\n

For the 2026 AMI, the university dispatched an audit team led by Dr. Sri Andriani, S.E., M.Si., C.FTax, alongside team members Dr. Mustafa Lutfi, S.Pd., S.H., M.H., and Dr. Ika Farihah Hentihu, M.Pd.<\/p>\n

The audit team was welcomed directly by the leadership of the Master’s Program in Informatics, including the Head of the Study Program, Prof. Dr. Ir. Muhammad Faisal, M.T., the Secretary of the Study Program, Dr. Totok Chamidy, M.Kom., as well as representatives from the Master of Informatics lecturers.<\/p>\n

During the audit, the team performed a comprehensive review of the program’s academic quality and service standards. Key focus areas included the implementation of an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum, alignment of instructional materials, student governance, alumni management effectiveness, compliance with research procedures, and the quality and relevance of scientific publications by both faculty and students.<\/p>\n

Lead Auditor Dr. Sri Andriani emphasized that the AMI is not merely an administrative verification process, but a critical evaluation tool for continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

“The implementation of the OBE curriculum and the strengthening of scientific publications are essential foundations for the Master’s Program in Informatics to compete nationally and internationally. Through this audit, we collectively ensure that the learning process and research outcomes deliver tangible, measurable impact,” stated Dr. Sri Andriani.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the Head of the Master\u2019s Program in Informatics, Prof. Dr. Ir. Muhammad Faisal, M.T., warmly welcomed the feedback and notes for improvement provided by the audit team.<\/p>\n

“We highly appreciate and welcome the execution of this 2026 AMI. The recommendations and evaluations from the auditors will serve as a primary reference for us to pursue continuous enhancements\u2014ranging from our OBE-based curriculum and alumni management to elevating the standards of scientific publications by our faculty and students,” emphasized Prof. Muhammad Faisal.<\/p>\n

The 2026 Internal Quality Audit is expected to reinforce the position of the Master’s Program in Informatics at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang as an institution of superior standards, capable of producing high-quality, globally competitive graduates in information technology.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
