SURABAYA<\/b> \u2013 In a strategic move to accelerate academic growth and strengthen study program governance based on modern standards, the Master of Informatics Study Program from the Faculty of Science and Technology Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang conducted a formal benchmarking visit to the Department of Informatics Engineering at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya on Wednesday (20\/5\/2026). Held at the ITS Sukolilo Campus, this visit served as a high-level academic forum to absorb institutional best practices.<\/p>\n
The delegation was warmly received by the leadership of the ITS Department of Informatics Engineering. The Head of the Department, Prof. Ir. Ary Mazharuddin Shiddiqi, S.Kom., M.Comp.Sc., Ph.D., IPM., along with the Head of the Master\u2019s and Doctoral Programs in Informatics Engineering, Hudan Studiawan, S.Kom., M.Kom., Ph.D., presented a comprehensive overview of their institutional operations and strategies. This meeting provided a platform to dissect the successful frameworks implemented by one of Indonesia\u2019s leading technological institutes.<\/p>\n
This strategic dialogue was led directly by the Head of the Master of Informatics Study Program, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Faisal, S.Kom., M.T., who was accompanied by Dr. Totok Chamidy, S.T., M.Kom., and Dr. Muhammad Ainul Yaqin, S.Si., M.Kom. The core focus of this session was to explore progressive study program governance. By analyzing the administrative and structural efficiencies at ITS, the Master of Informatics program committed to refining its internal processes to boost service quality for both students and faculty.<\/p>\n
